- 1 / 5By Tom GreenWent on a Friday night : one person taking orders, after we waited a very long time for our order for 3 meals and after I investigated why it was taking so long, the woman taking orders was informing people as they were coming in the door the wait time was at least 1/2 hour. I do not know where the manager was or how many staff they had working in the kitchen. Our order came up : child's grilled cheese was hard and cold, soups were all barely warm, sandwich was made incorrectly and presentation was "slapped together". People were cancelling their orders because they couldn't wait any longer. I have been to many Panera Bread locations and I will NEVER go here again.November 13, 2016
